I LOVE THIS SHOP!!! seriously, i love this shop!!i can buy various types of balloons with helium or without helium gas with affordable pricesindeed for my sisters' birthdays, i have bought cute helium balloons. and apart from that, you can buy cute toys, soap flowers, cards and many more here guysoh, I JUST LOVE HAPPY WORLD GIFT SHOP!! oh ya, the lady owner is SUPER SUPER FRIENDLY LADY!!! I LOVE HER KINDNESS AND WILLINGNESS ENTERTAINING HER CUSTOMERS!!!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I bought a birthday helium balloon that worth RM90 on Saturday and the balloon lasted NOT MORE THAN 45minutes! I called her and told her the situation and even told her that I needed the balooon that day because ITS MY SON’S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. She wasn’t even trying even try to give us an option or change a new one for me, instead she told me to come back and change another one on Monday. My friend and I then went and return the balloon on Monday wanted a full refund but she told us to come back another day again!!! She ended up refund us the money but we only realised that she gave us RM85 instead of RM90 after we stepped out the door. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
