I started practicing Yoga a few years ago, but just when I moved to Italy I decided to do a Teacher Training to become a certified Yoga teacher. Found #YogaMea school on the internet and decided to book. Best decision ever! Such an amazing experience, hard work but so rewarding. Timi is a wonderful teacher, so patient and full of knowledge. Totally recommend it! 5stars

Your approach to yoga and its philosophy will be fully satisfied with this school of yoga, thanks to the support of the mother school in Rishikesh India. All yoga classes are held in close contact with nature in a safe and comfortable location, so that the student can go deep in the yoga practice with all the freedom one needs.

Doing this yoga teacher training probably been the best thing I done in my life! It is such an inspiring experience that will change your life and the way you react to thing around you. I learn so much about myself, yoga, theories and much more. Some days of the course were harder, some easier... but the atmosphere given by the group and the teacher made this experience unforgatable. It could not have been possible without them. More motivated person are together, more the course is unique! Don't hesitate, you will sure get benefits out of this course and it will bring yourself on the path of beeing a yoga teacher to spread your yoga passion around you! Namaste
