A great get away, close to Green Bay and Manitowoc. The kids enjoyed the spacious pool and hot tub. The villas are a little dated, but they’re kept up nicely and the staff is friendly. We don’t golf, but if we did it appears it would be great for that too.

Spent a night on Christmas weekend and the hotel is pretty basic, rooms where fine. No continental breakfast. Staff was not concerned about customer service. 11:00 am comes and maid knocked door twice and opens it up, no announcement to us while I was in the shower. While later she did the exact same thing, no announcement then realized people are in the room and left. Front desk called and said you are supposed to be out by 11. I'm sorry I didn't realize that and I sorry I didn't ask the night before when checking in. Hotel was very empty. I loaded up the family and we where out by 11:45. This won't be our stop next Christmas.

It is very close to Manitowoc, Two Rivers, and Green Bay. And they have decent accommodations.

Would have like to give a better rating, but we chose that site for the jetted tub my son wanted. It didn't work.

I got to spend a week here with my girlfriend as a birthday present from my parents. We'll start AFTER driving through the unlit roads hoping to find this place. The "fun" started with having to go to two different buildings to check in. Then, having to leave the core of the hotel property to get to the room we have. We couldn't even see the main resort from our room. Now on to the room. It was just a step above a motel room. That step was the kitchenette. But the cheap furniture, hard-as-concrete mattress, and temperamental HVAC system. The TV in the room had non-functioning HDMI ports, so we were stuck watching basic cable. The window coverings weren't big enough for the window, letting light leak in from the sides EVERY morning. The bed, as mentioned before, was like sleeping on a padded concrete block. It wasn't until AFTER we had checked out, we could have gotten a mattress topper. It was nice to have the cooktop and dishwasher in the room, but the option of borrowing a toaster oven would have been nice. We didn't get the option to try the restaurant or pool, as we didn't feel like getting in the car to use these in early November. We drove enough just getting either groceries or to the nearest town (Manitowoc). Both of these are around 15-20 minutes each way. Now we also sent all these suggestions as our post-checkout opinion. Their offer: A free weekend for use between December and March 2018. For those who don't know this area's weather, snow is quite common. And since the drive for us was almost four hours, we said no. Maybe had we had a year to use it, might have. I know I can't complain too much as the stay was free, but then I feel bad that my parents wasted money. So for my suggestions: - If you're given a golf villa, ask for a normal villa unless you really like seclusion - Plan your grocery trips well. 40 minute round trips gets old. - If you have other options, stay at least in Manitowoc

If you love to golf they have 45 holes to play golf on. My favorite is the Natiomal

Very disappointing stay. Villas are adequate, but not great. Service and competence of staff is terrible! Apparently you cannot assume the hours and statements in the guest directory are ever accurate. We found out the hard way, they are not. It is also necessary to specify you want bedrooms with your week long stay in the villa or you will only be given access to the living room and kitchen. I am dumbfounded as to who would rent a villa at full price and choose to sleep in their car. Also, plan on problems with everything, from keys not working to staff rudeness.
