Miskolctapolca Cave bath is an outstanding experience. The cave is natural pretty big, illuminated with many colorful lights (dark or lighter), one room is made as you came in the universe and it has many constellations wit ha space ship in the middle, then the cave is encased with many underpasses and overhead walkways. There we have even few swimming pools from 30 -35 C. You also can go to swim in outdoor swimming pools. If you dont have any swimsuit you can buy it there and in the facility you can find a canteen. I really recommend it to everyone. Prices are not expensive at all. Suitable for families, for couples, friends etc. I really hope we will return someday.

The caves were beautiful, we went there in the morning before 9am so to fully enjoy the experience. I am unaware of the price as I used my Miskolc tourist pass card. The staff members were quite friendly, and the generál area kept clean. Sorry for not having pictures on the water, all of them had me in it

Very interesting concept! Nice baths and very interesting space with many different pools with variety of temperatures. The water in the main cave is cold(ish) so there is no staying for a long time in that one but the rest are good for chilling. Sauna world is great and totally worth it! If you are not completely obsessed with spas probably 4 hour ticket is enough even with sauna, but if you want to relax completely, forget about the time and go multiple times to sauna and even sleep there (as they have great \sunbeds\ you should go for dull day ticket. :) Will come back!

Parking: there are many free parking slots before 11am. However, it would take at least 7-8 mins walking to the cave bath. Going with kids, the time will consume more. Cave bath: the indoor cave bath is absolutely beautiful and amazing. There are two levels. The first level is cold water and the second level is warm water. Both of them are comfortable and acceptable. You will feel fresh and energetic by swimming alternately. The natural cave is another element to make the whole environment unique and splendid. Unfortunately, there are too many ppl. Outdoor: the outdoor pools are more friendly and designed for kids. Food: expensive Changing room: there are not enough changing cubes. It might need to wait.

Looks amazing, the price is acceptable as well and the pools are incredible to look at. The food in the cafeteria is decent and worth the price (staff mainly speeks only hungarian). They obviously don't have as many functioning lockers as they have visitors. Don't visit the spa if you're planning to relax, for it's loud and sometimes uncomfortably crowded. I highly recommend you to avoid the special sauna courses they're offering, it is a pathetic rip off where they're playing incredibly loud music in a small room while they're making an infusion.

This amazing cave thermal bath is a superb experience to just chill. It takes 2hours to drive so rented a car and coupled with other places. There are various types of baths. The first one has currents which take to forward and this can be experienced once every hour for about 10 minutes. Hungary is indeed a place full of thermal healing spas. .

What disappointed me the most was the difference in price on the website and in reality. According to the website, a 4-hour ticket was supposed to cost 1900 HUF, not 3500 HUF. For this price (until the end of October 2020) you can go to the best baths in Budapest. Without time limit and with saunas included. Besides, the water here is much colder than in other thermal baths. Unfortunately, most pools have no seats. The caves are beautiful, but it's a place worth seeing once. There are many better baths in Hungary.

Great place, warm water but not as warm as other places in Hungary. The cave system is big & interesting
