Ran in the store about five minutes to close. They were understanding and served us anyway. They went above and beyond to try and accommodate our request even though they were getting ready to close. Thank you for this as we were all pretty hungry and craving BBQ. Everything was spot on and delicious. Jalapeno cheddar sausage links and the beef brisket were delicious.

Oh my gosh! This food is AMAZING! The sweet tea as well. I forgot I was in Cleveland when I bit into it. The collard greens were legit the best I've ever tasted and I lived down south for years. So that's a huge deal to me. I'll definitely be back!
We have been coming here for years, but we have watched the service and attention to detail drop over the last few visits. The food is always amazing, but the service has become an issue. We usually come here when we need to feed 6-12 people.Three visits ago, they forgot the cornbread. Okay, not a big deal. Two visits ago, they forgot the cornbread again, but this time I knew to check. Problem solved. Today, I was double checking the order, because I need to do this now, and they got one of the sides wrong. No biggy, they fixed it. Double check everything and on my way. Get home, guess what? No sauce. Forgot to check that . Amazing food, but service is becoming more like a regular BBQ joint and not the well oiled precision machine it used to be
One of my favorite places to have some wonderfully Smoked BBQ and freshly cut fries. If you have questions they have the answers with a free sample to try and you don't have to share. The wait to get your food is as long as grabbing your sweet tea from the refreshment bar. Grab your drink and then your ready to eat.
