Disappointed with experience. Went to get bread after work an hour and a bit before closing and employee was not friendly or helpful in telling me what bread was what - all of the loaves had been piled onto one shelf or into a basket and all scones were mixed in a basket with no labels. They only suggested a loaf after I stood looking at the bread for a bit. I was hoping to get dessert, but the scones were mixed with icing buns and not distinguishable. There was still an hour and a bit until closing, so I didn't expect everything to be cleared away already. There was no acknowledgment from the staff about the disarray of the items. Customer service used to be the best here, but I haven't seen it lately. It is not the first time I've had a negative experience at this store in the last 6 months. I would suggest Bear Country Bakery just down the street for bread or baked goods!

Best time of year.... Cranberry Orange Brioche, Butter Tarts, and Mincemeat Tarts. Awsome. Try the Brioche warm with butter, mmmmmm!

I love them in there. The production crew and cashiers are so fun and really know the products they sell and make. They remind me of my old Baking team. And they're excited about the food when you are which makes me excited to eat it even more! The food is beautiful and the quality of their work and personality shines through with the quality of how good the food is. They're my favorite Cobs.

I have been a long term customer at this location but due to two unfortunate last visits I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Today I arrived to pick up an order I had placed four days in advance, I arrived at the time given only to find that out of the 5 items I had ordered only 1 was ready. I was asked to come back in an hour or so to pick up the remainder. I declined to do that given the order was placed well in advance and they had confirmed it would be ready at the time they had given. I understand things can happen, but my two last visits have resulted in poor customer service and as such I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for awhile and had no issues. All breads I purchase are regular sliced. However, on some days, when particular staff are working, I’m told I can only get thick sliced?! Not sure what the issue is. I didn’t purchase any because she refused to cut the bread regular sliced?! Okay then ...

Very disappointed with the Mission location. Made an online order last night for pickup at 4:00 today. Order was not ready or completed. They had even run out of one of the items I'd ordered, and had to fill with other items to add up to what I'd paid. I've never ever had this issue with the Abbotsford location. I would have thought they would have called prior to pick up time to explain, but no call. The only reason I'd used the Mission one was to save my Daughter some time as she works in Mission.

Did this establishment get new owners or management? It has gone exponentially downhill. I thought maybe it was because of the pandemic, or just my luck, but it seems as if it's out of sheer laziness. After 3 (consecutive) times of not having just regular sliced white bread, it begs me to question whether it is worth coming back. On two separate occasions when asked about a particular product, they always brushed it off with a, "Meh, haven't gotten around to it, maybe in the afternoon..." I will drive to Abbotsford if I have to, but I'll just be really, really disappointed if this is how all Cobs locations are going to be. Which is a shame, I used to love going there.

Y’all have gotta try their cinnamon bread loaf. To die for let me tell you. It’s for a good cause too
