With COVID-19 restrictions my grandson was not getting the exercise he needed and was still swimming at a beginning level. We were very fortunate to find Propel swimming lessons at the Best Western plus in Mission. My grandson thoroughly enjoys his individual lessons and has made significant progress in a short time. I’ve been so impressed with the professionalism, expertise and care that the two instructors, Amy and Paige, that we’ve had the pleasure to work with, have demonstrated. The facility is very clean. There are a maximum of two instructors teaching lessons in the pool at a time. The registration process has been very easy to access and the cancellation policy is fair and responsive. I would highly recommend Propel swimming lessons.

Super great company. My daughter loved her instructor. Unfortunately her lessons came to an abrupt end due to a broken leg mid way through summer. They were super understanding and their communication was always excellent.

Our first experience booking through Propel has been a good one. It was simple to book, follow up messages prior to lessons were nice, and the quality of the trainer was excellent. Our only challenge was finding a location close to our home. Facilities that have indoor pools that are likely under utilized such as local hotels should want to have these types of programs run in their establishments. I would be inclined to support hotels that open their doors to local private programs like this one.

I was referred by a friends whose kids have been needing some one on one lessons and booked my youngest his first lesson. Chantelle is so great with my son as he is not overly confident with his swimming. He left that lesson so happy and asks when is my next lesson it's so fun and I feel good. The hour flew by and we have booked him in for another lesson! Highly recommended to get your kids private lessons!

I signed my 3 and 5 year old up for a shared class since we have really fallen behind on the swim lessons. We met with Chantelle, who was super nice and both my kids felt comfortable with her. She had my 5 year old nearly swimming on his back by the end of his class and my 3 year old who is more cautious around water was learning a back float. We will definitely keep this route of swim lessons as I feel the one on one time is exactly what my 2 kids need to learn.

We have had such a great experience With propel. My boys learned so much in just the first session and Are already for more accountable and confident in the water. The instructor was so great and she really knew how to keep my kids ( 2&5 years old) attention and make the lesson fun! We already have our next lesson booked and can’t wait!

We are so happy to find out they have the mission location and we normally go to river rock location in Richmond. My kids are really enjoying the lesson with Faith and we will book more lesson in the future.

We were so impressed with the whole experience from booking to the lessons itself. We loved the fact we can watch our child in their lessons unlike other private lessons out there. Our daughter learned soo much in a hour it was amazing!!! Best experience ever having the one on one experience,unlike group lessons we did with her older brother. Her confidence was boosted after it was amazing! Chantelle was amazing!! Patient, educated and kept it fun with variety! Booked our next session already.
