Margaret and the team is fantastic!! Our dog loves her days at Silverdale and we always feel great bringing her there - I'm not worried during the day because I know she's having the MOST fun. The staff (hi Gianna!!) knows our little girl so well, calls out her name and knows which other dogs would be a great fit for size / age / temperament / energy levels. I love that they have custom areas for all types - what a paradise, can I come here for the day?? Thank you Silverdale!! We had a little trouble getting ahold of Margaret in the beginning but trust me, it's worth it to keep trying! - she's busy keeping the pooches happy!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Silverdale Doggy Vacation Lodge. Margaret is wonderful and so are her staff. This was the first time I have ever used a Kennel for Sam and Jack and I was really happy with the care they received. I have two little dogs and was nervous to leave them as my senior dog has anxiety, but after the initial visit and seeing the site and the house where they let the little dogs hang out, I was sold. The facility is beautiful and inviting. They run it very professionally and it is very clean. I have booked my second week in April as I don't want to rely on family to watch my dogs all the time. I highly recommend this facility!!! I drive in from Abbotsford to Mission to bring them and its worth the drive!
Highly reccommend this place! My little girl usually has seperation anxiety from us and her siblings, and is quite shy around strangers. When we came to pick her up she didn't even want to come home with us! I also love Margaret's holistic approach to doggy health. Not only will your pup not want to go home with you but Margaret also educates you on natural ways to keep your pooch healthy and happy. I live all the way in Burnaby by the way. This will be my go to place to leave my dog Molly. I don't care if it's out of the way. I'm with this place for the long haul!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Margaret and her staff are so loving and professional. My husband and I were nervous to leave our two large breed dogs because they were not socialized with dogs or humans, but after their first visit we learned they adjusted well and were completely fine. My husband and I left our two dogs again at Silverdale doggy vacation lodge for a second stay that was a 5 week vacation and we were so thrilled to receive video and picture updates of our fur babies absolutely enjoying themselves and having as great a vacation as we were! The property offers a fantastic swimming area that we got to see our pups enjoying with the other dogs. Our pups our now not afraid of other people and they love time with other dogs and humans! We are so happy with their stay at Silverdale doggy vacation lodge, we were actually able to relax and enjoy our own vacation, knowing our fur babies were too! Such piece of mind. Would strongly recommend!
