I am a Home Builder and I've worked with 10 different window companies in the past. I will never use All Weather Windows again and I hope you don't either. Their vinyl window frames condensate and moisture will cause mold to grow on the wood jamb extensions. Their exterior doors are poorly constructed and have a poor threshold design / material. Their customer service and warantee is the worst I've ever dealt with in window industry. Just know that if they can't take care of a home builder building 20 homes per year then they aren't going to care about you and your one home. Try Golden Windows, Del Windows or North Star Windows.

WORST customer service EVER ..AVIODS customers phone calls ..BAD WINDOW DESIGN the drainage channels leak through the seams ..came to fix and BROKE window and now wont fix!!!!!!!!!!JUST paid 3500 for this crap through HOMEHARDWARE \u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e! FINALLY got help and got my appt.5 days from now so it takes em 6 weeks to get a pce of glass from a window co.not to mention HRS. of waiting and being shuffled around some manager not even answering his phone i managed to sort out this mess myself, and thanks ANNA you actually helped me out getting my appt.
