Salesperson was polite and tried to help. There was some confusion when we requested prices on multiple variations, but this was worked out. Door arrived as specified and works well. Installer was on-time, polite and COVID-safe. Unfortunately the trim was cut more than a centimeter short leaving gaps (which we repaired ourselves). UPDATE: B&M did offer to fix the trim, however as we had already fixed it ourselves we did not take up the offer.

Bentley was my repair guy and he went above and beyond, not only fixing the wiring, but also making additional adjustments to help with the longevity of the opener. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions :-) I am so happy I went with this company. Would highly recommend
