WOW! Extremely rude woman picked up the phone. I asked her if she's open and right away she said they are high-end watch shop and take clients by appointments. Okay... I'm just asking if you replace batteries and how much do you charge. And she said well are batteries cost 35 and we don't guarantee anything. I asked her what that meant and she said well it can stop working in 2 days or 3 days that's not up to us. I explained to her that I'm only asking if she replaces batteries and is that the total cost her if there's labour. She went to head to say we do high-end watches. I told her it was a Michael Kors watch. Not exactly high-end but she took opportunity to put me down So basically if you are not a high-end customer please do not go there. Do not expect any kind of service. She was absolutely rude and I did let her know that since the beginning of our conversation she has said nothing but try to turn me away and she hung up the phone on me.

We won't be coming back here to Bolduc. Husband was getting his watch serviced and we were sort of pressured to get a number of other maintenance/services done that we did not want to do. We appreciate suggestions, just not the way the suggestions were delivered. Overall it was not handled well.
I have never dealt with a watch repair shop as corrupt as Bolduc. My watch was to undergo a general maintenance overhaul, but got quoted for every minor parts and services that were supposed to be included in the manufacturer's printed specified maintenance schedule, such as each screw, polishing, crown, etc. On top of that, Bolduc tried to force me to do a 740 bracelet repair. I obviously did not go with Bolduc for the repair, but to get the watch back was charged a handling fee!!! I sent the watch to the US authorized repair centre and got the watch repaired to my satisfaction for a fraction of the cost.
Had a Jean Richard with in house movement and six month later a Chopard for service at Bolduc Watches & Service. Both watches came back within the agreed timeframe & terms. Very happy with the outcome. They are master of fine adjustment. Very knowledgeable and kind people. I do recommend them without any hesitations.
