Had my daughters baptism reception at the Mississauga Convention Centre. Due to the current situation we were only able to accommodate 50 guests. The staff and service were absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious! All of our guests had a wonderful time, and commented on the amazing food! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue, truly amazing! Thanks to everyone at the MCC!

We had the pleasure of celebrating our grandma’s 80th birthday party at this centre it was very clean and professional, very classy and respectful place. The employees are also super friendly and polite. The ambiance, food and desserts were delicious along with layout and presentation. Even the bathroom is VERY clean. We were very impressed when we got here. Absolutely beautiful venue.

This place is the farthest any venue can be from “Hospitality”. If you choose them to host your event, do that at your own risk (I guarantee you that you will regret it). I had my wedding there last week and I can tell you from my experience that their entire team has proven to be very inexperienced and unprofessional. A Sales Associate (Taylor) was assigned to us from the moment we signed the contract. Throughout, the planning phase, she would make a lot of commitments & agreements that they never stuck to. Their Director (Cliff) would always intervene after the Sale Associate agreed to something and would cancel it without prior notice. We experienced that with a number of agreements including capacity of the event, number of bars, cake service, hall location, hall layout,…,etc. Unfortunately, when we expressed that we weren’t happy with that approach, their director responded in a very aggressive manner and pointing blame at our other vendors (who weren’t even part of any of the above agreements). One of their managers (Antonio) jumped in the midst of our wedding and started yelling at members of my family like a maniac. He made a scene in front of everyone for no apparent reason. My brother had to escort him outside the event when he kept behaving that way multiple times. Overall, this is a family-owned business that clearly doesn’t understand the concept of hospitality and client service. They showed very little flexibility in hosting our event (despite the abnormal circumstance we are currently going through with Covid). During those circumstance, they had very poor level of responsiveness and decision making.

It’s always a pleasure working with MCC I'm an wedding/event planner and MCC is my preferred place to held my special events, I always get the best service by Michelle Goncalves, she was always there for me, never got disappointed. MCC has great hall with very tasty food and excellent service.

Had a great time here. Great food was served and the service was impeccable. Bartender had lots of customers that night that’s for sure. It’s a huge place with a couple different parties going at the same time. Awesome for any occasion.
