WHAT A NIGHTMARE EXPERICENCE!!! I visited CTS AUTO to check my bmw exhaust system on Sep 23th, 2020. Before that, my car ran well, no car issue alert message. About half an hour after the diagnosing in CTS AUTO, the car got an alert message \engine malfunction\. On the same day, I called the owner, Brandon Chen, and told him what happened. He sent one customer service and one mechanic to diagnose my car again. The mechanic told me the issue alert message was from some issues existed before, and when the OBD2 scanner scanned the fault code, the old issues were activated and showed again. I visited CTS AUTO again for the alert message on Sep 28th. Brandon sent another mechanic to clear the alert message but failed. I was told that the alert messages were from old issues and refused to provide me with the issues description documents or pictures. On Sep 29 morning, I visited another professional BMW garage shop to check and repair the alert issue. After fuel supply system disassembled and test in 3 days, finally it was found that the two sides of the chassis were cracked and the pipe inside the chassis was squashed, which limits the fuel supply to make the fuel system work improperly and activate the alert message. It was from the most recent incorrect car lift and damaged by car lift arm, which happened in CTS AUTO during the diagnose process on Sep 23th. After my car got repaired, I emailed CTS AUTO the whole thing, which includes the squashed evidence and repair invoice. CTS Auto should pay for the repair cost totally nearly 2000, but they refused. It is an awful experience for a car repair!!!

I've been using CTS for years. They do good work at a fair price. But most of all, I can always count on them to be honest with me, even when it means they refer me to someplace else.
Good garage, really good prices from what I've experienced. They try to work with you in finding the best way to fix your car without breaking the bank. I personally only deal with Brian for mechanical things because my dad recommended him to me, he is probably one of the best and most patient mechanics I have ever dealt with and he's honest. He constantly told me to get rid of a problematic old vehicle and get a new car which I found interesting cause I feel like a mechanic would want you to have a problematic car so you keep coming back lol! (Jokes). But honestly shout out to Brian for great mechanical skills coupled with great customer service. Only four stars because of personal reasons involving one of my old vehicles, but that's an experience which is most likely an isolated incident. Other than that it is my home mechanic shop! I go nowhere else!
Owner honest and dependable ! Brought the car for tire patch in January excellent price plus wheels tightened. Drop off another car for noise problem yesterday. Pick up today with no charge! Amazing !
