Absolutely great experience with Custom Window Designs! We decided it was time to change our front door, and got in touch with Peter (the owner) and he immediately gave us a brochure to hand select the EXACT door frame and design as well as window shades. So many designs it was hard to pick just one:) Shortly after our order was placed Branislav (window installer) came over and took exact measurements. Not long after we had the PERFECT door and window frames arrive and installed!!! BIG THANK YOU to Peter, Branislav, Sasha and the ENTIRE Custom Window Designs TEAM!!! I would absolutely recommend Custom Window Designs to anyone looking to do some upgrades to their home. Wonderful company, very professional, precise and prideful in the work they do, they truly care. P.S. We are so happy with our front door, we just placed an order for a second door. From the moment I called staff was super friendly and helpful. Needed new windows and doors replaced at my house to upgrade before selling and got my free quote faster then any other company offering to come and quote me due to Covid. From day 1 they have been responsive, helpful, accommodating and have assisted in coming up with the right window/door for my specific situation. Peter and team have been great to work with. The windows fit perfectly, and they built and installed a unique window/door combo that is the nighbourhood hit! The company was within budget and delivered on time. I went back to buy a front entry door because I was very happy with their work. I highly recommend Peter and Custom windows and doors.
