Unfortunately my sister worked here and this was a very toxic and unprofessional environment in Kitchener Ontario. She witnessed employees being disrespected and when one person decided to inform Higher up nothing was done about it. I recently called this week to report traffic accident On 8 and the lady who answered me was very rude.
I was stuck in the left side of the highway 11 after my tire blewout. Being a first time car owner and only having my g2 for 3 months I was terrified. One of their drivers pulled over, calmed me down a little bit and helped me cross over to the right side by stopping the traffic. Thanks so much to whoever you were. I didnt get to give him a proper thank you or get his name. But I really appreciate it.
Got rear ended by their snow plow at a red light. Driver was very rude and refused to give me their information. Then agreed to follow me to parking lot, but immediately drove away. Basically it was a hit and run.
If you are here reading reviews, it is likely because one of their meth-head employees pretended to be the from the ministry of transportation and attacked you for roadside scrap or your own car parts. These guys are highway criminals, cops dont want the paperwork and will chalk the incident up as a 'misunderstanding'. If one of them approaches you, be prepared to defend yourself with force.
