This dealership is crooked. They are not invested in their customers and rush your purchase. I recently bought a vehicle in which I was told it was fully loaded with ac/heat. Drove it home only to find an issue with a/c immediately. The dealership took no responsibility for the issue. Online the ad included working a/c as a feature, in which it did not work properly as soon as I drove away (thus posting false information). I spend over 30 grand and they refuse to fix the a/c at their expense! They lack knowledge and information of the vehicles they're selling. They're sketchy and lack integrity... Also, don't bother bringing your issues to the useless general manager who can't even handle a simple issue. He is only there to collect your cash :)

I called to Erin Mills to start shopping as our car was stolen, I was lucky enough to reach Freddy and from that moment forward my luck has turned around. We did shop around to various dealers, and met lots of good people. Out of everyone the service we received from Freddy and Sean was the best you could imagine. They are both very professional, and treat you like a long time friend even though you had just met. Sean is very helpful and easy to reach even after delivery of our new car! Just amazing!! I highly recommend Sean to anyone out there looking for a car. They know their inventory and will surely surprise you at how fun and rewarding buying a car can really be! We will be back when we are ready to look for another car for sure!
