As many other very satisfied customers I highly recommend going to see Gerard if you are looking to buy and type of watch or jewelry. Excellent customer service that doesn't end after you purchase the product and he makes you feel very reassured in purchasing with him if you have any issues. I will definitely be back!!!

I highly recommend this store. I made my recent purchase online during the lockdown. I had question about my order and both Jordan and Larry (from HO) were outstanding in helping me out and the customer service is beyond amazing. I will definitely make a future purchase and hopefully can visit the store in person when things get better!

I absolutely love this place. One of my favourite jewellers in Mississauga. They have amazing customer service and they really understand what customers want. Today we worked with Linette to find our rings & she was an absolute delight to work with. If you are in square one mall looking for rings, I recommend you go there first. I've been here a few times before & customer service has never let me down. Cheers!!

The name is Gerard that you need to remember if you are planning to visit this store and I am sure you would not be disappointed with the services here. I called up the store to enquire about repairs to the strap of my Tissot T Touch. Gerard was quick to identify the problem, ordered for the required part and arranged to fix it for me in the shortest possible time, that too during these times. Great customer service!

I've been at this location to either purchase cleaning items for my silver jewelry necklace and bracelet. This time I had to get 2 missing screws replaced on a men's Movado watch around the first wk of May 2019. All I just wanted was for this store to send out my Movado watch to have 2 screws removed, replaced, and to find 2 new replacement screws. In all, I waited a total of over 8 weeks, back and forth phone calls, outrageous charges via Movado service reps that wanted to charge European Jewellery (hence me) over 100 CDN buck just to service my Movado watch (over 2 damn screws) which hold the clamp/clasps from the face of the watch. I will attached 2 images to show what I mean. In the end, I received my watch at no charge, and no screws after 8 weeks of haggling over the dismal service. I just noticed today the 2 other screws looks different as well, when compared to my previous picture I took before I attempted to have it serviced. WTH?! They told me they would contact me when they had found these 2 screws, as of June 12, 2019. No contact. No callback. Absolutely nothing. Unbelievable. I decided to post this unfortunate review to make sure others don't ever experience my situation. I don't think it was European Jewelry that was at fault here, but I'm really disappointed at Movado and the whole experience. Not impressed one bit. I will undoubtedly rethink, when the day comes to purchase another high end men's watch. It won't be Movado this time.

Let me start off by saying, I NEVER write reviews BUT here I am writing a fantastic review. I bought my my Fiancé engagement ring from this location. From the start I let them know I'm not a "high roller", I let them know I'm just a normal guy who wants a classic ring for my lady. Right away they showed me diamonds and bands in my price range. They explained the difference about clarity, cut etc. but gave me a real opinion on diamonds and didn't try to upsell me on a extremely high grade diamond to make more of a buck for the store. They understood that I wanted to think about it, told me to weigh my options and ultimately were amazing for customer service. I selected the ring and sent it off to be ordered. I was called in the store to look at the diamond and to "approve of" which I thought was nice. I had got the ring and thought it was beautiful. I held it for about 5 months before I proposed to my Fiancé. Her ring was a little big as we talked about in the store (better to have it too big than too small on the day of). We went back to the store and got it resized and sent off. Staff was great from start to finish, I will pass on to others how great the store was.

This location is extremely inconsiderate of people’s time during the social distancing changes. No one had the courtesy to come outside and let the people in line know about the possible wait time or even acknowledge their presence. Looking inside, the workers are passive and just sitting around not doing anything. I was in line for one hour, and there was only two people ahead of me the entire time with no changes. I understand their customer limit restriction but the customers that were inside were just sitting around waiting to be cashed out - which took 25 minutes. I understand circumstance sometimes cause long wait times, but atleast have the courtesy to communicate with your customers. Extremely disappointed.
