I worked with Feras on buying and renting, really liked to work with him as he's well prepared and equipped with information and tools that provided us insights and detailed analysis about the market trend. Feras exceeded the expectation and helped with too many related things and managed to provide resources for (mortgage broker, maintenance, cleaning...etc. ) without being asked, just to get the job done perfectly. When we worked on renting he did research the applicants and requested full details to make sure that we are getting good tenants to maintain the unit and minimize maintenance cost. And most importantly giving an honest advise and not being biased.
