Frendel Kitchens totally messed up the cabinets around our refrigerator even though specs were provided with the order. They offered to install trim to hide under cabinet lighting as compensation for their mistake then conveniently forgot this agreement 5 months later. Now the Frendel office is conveniently dodging our e-mails and phone calls. Stay away from Frendel Kitchens!!

Completely over priced, and rude customer service, was told I would have my cabinets in 6 to 8 weeks after payment was received and when I called in 8 weeks to check the status of my order they told me I would have to wait another 8 weeks and also recieved attitude. Most unprofessional experience i have ever received. 2 cabinet door replacements cost me 755.00 and still a 4 month wait along with some attitude. Nice!!
I am the Customer Service Manager for Country Homes. I would like to express how professional the staff are at Frendel Kitchens from the site through to the office. Their response to emails and phone calls are done quickly and effectively. Their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend Frendel Kitchens to any low rise or high rise builder. Thank you to all the staff there for making my job a little easier.
Very happy with the service provided. Nina was professional, helpful, and quick to respond to questions regarding a custom cabinet order. Very fair price and no imperfections on visible surfaces. Two of the soft close hinges failed after a month but again, the part was under warranty and a new one was picked up immediately. Happy with the result.
