I don't do a lot of reviews, but think that terrible, impolite service deserves to be highlighted - because business take for granted sometimes that a smiley helpful face goes a long way to bringing people back. My issue is that I've been here a few times, and the customer service is either stellar or terrible. I'm not going to name any staff names, but the difference is SO drastic, you'll know if you've got a polite, helpful one, or a dismissive, rude one. Too bad, because I'd rather go where I know what I'm going to get when I walk through the door. Lots of selection here for moving supplies.
