Has all the amenities (cold plunge, spa, steam room, sauna, hot yoga, cycling). Gets VERY BUSY! Lots of parking and open 24/7.

First day back at the gym, during the tail end of covid19. I will definitely point out that all gyms should follow suit from Heartland. They are organized during entry, clean, and always making sure that everyone is following policy. Thank you for making it safe to workout.

I just completed about 2 months of personal training with Sultan and the experience has been very positive. Sultan is very skilled and knowledgeable in his work, and took time to really understand my personal goals before beginning training. He definitely makes you work hard, but you know it’s because he really wants to see you reach your goals. He’s serious about his work and you definitely feel he’s monitoring your progress closely. He doesn’t let you give up on yourself - trust me I tried! He will continue to challenge you to your maximum ability. His training style is very approachable, professional, tempered with a great sense of humour! Despite any temporary feeling of exhaustion I may feel during certain exercises, I definitely feel good after the session, and feel like I worked out hard! I definitely would recommend him to others!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful gym...I cannot emphasize it enough! You MUST attend the gym around 6 AM when the sun is rising and watch the beautiful sky while walking/running on the treadmills that are strategically facing the huge windows so you don't have a chance to miss such a beautiful view. It is never busy in the morning, so the entire facility ends up being like my playground, I cannot speak for later times since I'm permitted to go earlier hours due to work. But I know many complain when it is busy, so you might as well get your day started and go in earlier to truly take advantage of your day right, and benefit your body. The gym is also extremely clean, and well organized, making things easily accessibly and everything is simple to find or figure out without any requirements for assistance. The staff here is also so so thoughtful and sweet, I typically see Mark, Rebecca or Yonta. If you run into any of these people then you are already set. They are dedicated to coming in early to ensure this gym is smooth sailing and hard workers. The image I included is in courtesy of Mark who was kind enough to teach me how to tuck roll towels, I now found a more convenient way to organize my towels, and just recently he's been making such charming towel swans, I'll surely be learning that soon :D he honestly should be working in a resort with those skills. Like i said i cannot stress enough the amount of fun, sincere, passionate and lovely people there are working here. If you don't take my word for it, go in and find out yourself!! :-)

It's upsetting that when you put an account on hold and Goodlife doesn't freeze it. Months later you call corporate Goodlife as they can continue to bill you. Goodlife realizes that they have made a mistake and they still continue to bill you. You let them know that you froze your account months earlier and they say oops, we don't do refunds. They also charge you when the gym is closed due to COVID. This is fraud. Fraud to the greatest extent. I am absolutely disgusted. How can businesses such as yours create unfair policies that penalize your members? I will make sure that me, my friends and family and everyone that I know is well aware of your practices. How do you bill people when you acknowledge that you have made mistakes and continue to shamelessly do so? Despicable!

Goodlife was still charging me after I cancelled my membership, so I called the front desk to fix this issue. Rose, who is part of the staff, helped me the whole way through, and was incredibly kind and understanding the entire time. The problem was easily fixed!
