Great service, Maria was very friendly from the start and professional. Great price on my new Leer cap! Install was quick and painless paint was matched very well, there was a little issue with my light switch didn't work but they took the truck right back in and fixed it right away!! Very happy with the product and service I received. I will be returning in the future to them for other products!love the leer box and keyless feature!!

Waited a month before posting my experience at Hitch City Mississauga. Excellent customer service, professional installation, flawless interaction. From my first call, to coordinating the install, the flexibility and easy to work with personnel made this a great choice. My transaction with Hitch City was flawless. The installation is perfect (class A mechanic I was travelling with validated). A month later of trekking northern Ontario with this hitch pulling ATV and gear, I could not be happier. The people here are accommodating, friendly, simple and straight forward. I couldn't ask for more and neither will you. These people are professionals with every sense of the word. Well done and thank you!
Process was smooth from the beginning to the end. Installations can take some time. So be patient. Crew is great and professional.
Amazing people inside this place I dealt with Tennyson and Lina both are super extremely helpful and Lina was a wizard she knows everything and what she doesn't she would say she doesn't and go to the books and manuals and find out .. she even found a YouTube video that relate exactly to what I want. Probably there are other good people in there but my in my experience ask for Lina or Tennyson
Very good and professional staff, they go above and beyond, we had our 2018 BMW X3 hitch installed there, it didn't fit on the 1st try, they apologized for the inconvenience and recommended another part, 3 weeks later and we came back and we got it properly installed, it was very fast, we bought also the Thule T2 Classic bike rack, kudos to Bill and the technicians at Hitch City, thank you very much guys and keep up the good work!! We definitely recommend this place with our eyes closed..Now we're ready to hit the trails :)
