Worse tire shop that you can ever deal with. I called them at 8:00 to give me a quote. They took the car at 10 to change my tire for 110. At 3 they are calling to ask for more money 150 after wasting my day. They put back the tires without finishing the job because they didn’t want stick to their original quote. They also didn’t put the locknut back in the car and the tires were inflated back to the wrong pressure. By far the best scammers in town avoid them if you can. Wouldn’t never trust them again with my car in anyway
Went in for a tire leak. Charged 40 plus tax for repair also 3 plus tax for new valve. Tire still leaked ..... went to another shop, was told the leak is still coming from the valve and that the last person to repair ( integra tire ) must have given us a faulty valve if they claimed it was replaced. ... the new shop was only 25 plus tax and insured us to come back if the tire is still leaking. So a cheaper price AND a guarantee on the fix. Will not return.
Been taking all my cars here over the last 8-10 years even through business name changes. It's the only place I felt comfortable sending my mothers car to have new tires installed. I know they do a good job and go the extra mile to ensure the car is completely safe front to back.
Recently purchased and had Toyo Celsius tires installed on my Mazda 3 Sport. Response, service and pricing were excellent. Can't say enough good things about my experience at Integra Tire and would certainly go back there for future purchases. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Kudos to Alan for his attentive and exemplary service!
