Got a flat today and had my car towed to Kal Tire where I initially bought them. The tire wasn’t repairable since it was the sidewall but the tire itself wasn’t in stock at any of their locations. They were able to rush one from a provider and got my car back same day even with how busy they were. Super impressed with the service by the staff and will always keep going back to that location for any sets of tires I need. Highly recommend
Incredible service and great prices. I used to get my car serviced at Land Rover and was constantly being overcharged for service time. Kal tire is honest about their services and what your vehicle actually needs, there are no surprises when the bill comes. A big shout out to Chris and Matt who are always very helpful and have made my experience there great!
I booked online to swap winter tires on new rims. Few days later when the new rims arrived I got them installed on just 36 minutes. I was able to follow the full process through the window. I found the process very fast, transparent and professional not like 401 Dixie Nissan that is a nightmare
