No communication. Call to make appointment. No show. Make you waste time. If you waste my time I waste yours. Get your well deserved 1 star. Best of luck.

This office hires realtors that use illegal practices. Dani Habbal works here and the office has received multiple complaints about him but still keep him on board. He illegal rents units that are currently occupied by tenants and he does not keep his units up to standards in accordance with ontario law. Choose another place to do business.

Not helpful when trying to get my deposit 10,000 back for over 2 weeks after canceling an offer. Person on the phone was rude and condescending and had no intention of trying to help me. Great way to deal with potential buyers, disgusting! I will never deal with them again. Very unprofessional. Now going on 3 weeks and still no deposit returned! Do I have to get my lawyer involved?? Or maybe Treb?

May 30th I spoke with a rep about a rental listing to view June 11th. June 10th I was finally called back to say the date didn't work (with ignored calls in between) Then radio silence.... You asked when I was available to see the place, but never got back to me. Then ignored my calls and emails. I finally got in touch with another rep. Who said the listing was leased, but available later this year. So, when I told him the ad was still up on their site, and that I was told I could view the place (and told the date it was available) he then said he'd look into taking the ad down, and that the property wasn't available to lease..... So, it went from available, to available later this year, to not available at all....(the latter 2 happened in 20 minutes) I am not sure what your client would think about how you are treating prospective tenants. But you wasted my time, had no communication, and never once apologized. I hope your next victim fairs better then I. Cause after this experience with Keller Williams, it will be my last ! All the original rep had to do, was communicate that the listing had changed.... Not avoid communicating.... Wow.
