The worst customer service ever. I placed an order for online pickup in July 2020. I never received one item and was never refunded even though I never received it. I called them multiple times and told me they told me they would \investigate\ and get back to me. They never got back to me. Now after months I called again and the first thing they said is \you're only calling now?\ and said they do not have any record that I called earlier when I clearly did. They probably did not update their records. They said there is nothing else they can do and cannot issue a refund. I am not doing business with this store again. Most frustrating experience ever.

Big thanks to Dan at the Heartland location! I was doing a home renovation project myself, and needed various sizes of screws in a large qty. I called few home depot locations asked for samples and all got turned down. Dan was able to give me a sample pack, and left it for me as a curb side pick up. Lowe just earned my business, and going forward
Curbside pick up. Called them. Indicated my parking spot. Waited 20 minutes. Cars that came after me...they received their items before me. After a total of 30 minutes...they gave me the wrong item. Why does lowes not have an efficient no need to call online curb side pick up system like home depot? Home depot curb side pick up is efficient and no need to call .
Came in to get a price on some downspouts and walked around to have a look at the store. I’ve only been here a few times but every time I come, this place is super organized and clean. Very well stocked and has a great selection of everything you could possibly want or need for your home! Ended up grabbing an expanding hose for my yard and a new pair of work gloves. Prices are super competitive and the staff is very friendly. If I’m in the area, I will definitely be back!
