Blew a tire on our RV, they gave us the best price around and order one. Said it be later in the day but when they heard we were heading over, called their supplier and was rushed over. Ended up doing extra work and we will go back to replace our other tires.

I bought my car 2 years ago and needed new winter tires. I bought all 4 of them from McArthur and have been very pleased with the product. Initially I loved them because their prices to swap tires without rims and storage were the lowest I had found. Recently their management has changed and the prices have gone up, but understanding that they had an existing customer base that was used to a certain pricing and had been given no warning, they honoured the original pricing and gave everyone a full season’s notice on the price change. This was very much appreciated and I didn’t mind paying a little more money when it came time to swap my winter tires off again. My mother also gets her tires from there and we both store our summer tires there as well. Turns out our tires are the same size and we have the same last name, so last summer they mistakenly put her 2013 tires on my 2010 car and my 2009 tires on her 2013 car. Well, somehow one of my tires got ruined while on my mom’s car and I was going to need a new one. As I was not the one driving on it I didn’t think it fair for me to have to buy the tire. McArthur was very apologetic and owned up to their mistake and gave my mom and I both two free seasons of storage for our tires, and helped us find the best deal on a new summer tire for my car. I have been nothing but impressed with the level of service I have received at McArthur.
I attended here on 2 occasions, the first time I had gone the experience was good but I figured all tire centers were the same. However, the 2nd I had gone I had a rumble in the steering wheel, I had gone to 3 other tire centers not by choice, to get them balanced and it was still happening. Seeing as I couldn't go back to them to complain I went to McArthur, and immediately they saw a few problems including not having the tires properly balanced. The gentleman basically said \A blind man must have balanced them before\. Once balanced I immediately took it for a road test, it was like driving a new car and performed as it should have. The price was the cheapest I've ever seen and trust me I've gone to 3 other shops before I arrived here. The guys were great, weren't condescending and didn't pressure me for any other services, calm, patient ... needless to say they have secured my business for the future.....thanks again guys
