Looking for a hassle free, honest and reasonably priced jewelry store? Well this is it! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My fiance not only picked the perfect engagement ring but unknowingly also managed to pick an amazing jewelry store. Shanice was so friendly and personable when it came to my engagement ring needs! Had to wait for over an hour to buy a bracelet because the workers didn't know what they were doing, then had to wait a week for them to size it, only to find that they sized it horribly and it is way too big. Buy from somewhere else UPDATE: One day later, one of the pieces broke and the bracelet fell off my wrist, and i discovered this staining on it (it's only been one day!!!)

We had an amazing experience here. Customer service was excellent! The manager and associate that helped us gave us fantastic prices for my engagement rings and our wedding bands. I’ve been looking for rings for so long and never satisfied with quality and price, and since I don’t know too much about jewelry it was difficult to know what was appropriate but Sarah helped me SO much. She never tried to up sell me, she understood my values and found me something I LOVE. Not only that, but she made the whole experience so pleasant. She effortlessly got to know my family and made sure everyone was happy with the choice too. Honestly, will come back only to her.

I was at this location and i see no social distancing- 20 people huddled together with 5 sales associates-this company is in violation of covid protocols !! No respect for human life! Should be fined and closed . I have camera footage of violations. Store manager should be fired

Barbara greeted my boyfriend and I as we entered the store. She listened to what I wanted. She educated us about diamonds and rings and what we are getting. She was very honest with us. She got to know us. It was a magical and unforgettable experience. She was very genuine and we had such a fun experience!
