Just had my daughter's wheelchair serviced (brake) and started to get frustrated with the length of time waiting for part, the technician made all the difference. He came in early and very professional with his work and explaining things regarding my issues with her chair. Thumbs up to you.

I have always received a quick response from Gord regarding service needs and his technicians have attended to our concerns promptly. I have experienced extraordinarily long waits for new equipment (primarily wheelchairs) and feel that there could be better monitoring of timelines by the sales team and follow up regarding same with the client. I realize that ODSP approvals can take time but better internal monitoring could possibly speed this up and assure that approvals don’t fall through the cracks and aren’t overlooked by ODSP client reps.
