Our furnace died in the middle of winter. I made calls to a number of repair shops but Nasa was the only one to respond, and they responded quickly. They arrived with proper Covid PPE and assessed the issue in less than 24 hours. The furnace needed replacing. The Nasa team was on site over the weekend with a quality replacement for a reasonable price. I am very appreciative of the quality of their work and their professional execution. They were even able to conduct maintenance on my water heater while they were on site. Its been 3 months and all still works perfectly. Thank you very much for keeping us from freezing this winter.

Tankless Water Heater Repair and Installation Last Wednesday December 30, 2020 our tankless water heater stopped working. I called Amit of NASA Heating & Air Conditioning Services Ltd and he came and checked the unit and found the drain trap filled with dirt. He was able to fix it to our satisfaction. That night, he called me and told me that the manufacturer of our tankless water heater has agreed to replace the unit after he explained to them the problem with our unit. Amit suggested that his company will do the installation of the replacement. The following day, Amit and his friend installed the brand-new tankless water heater. They completed the installation in the afternoon which is quick. This morning he called to check if the unit is working fine which it is. In July 2020 I also called him to fix the same tankless water heater. He came promptly and found water leaking from the water adjustment valve and he was able to fix it. We are very happy and satisfied with the job that Amit is doing for us. We are happy that because of his due diligence we have now a brand-new tankless water heater. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and provides excellent customer service and he makes recommendations that would help us to be safe and to save money on repairs. Overall, our experience with him has been extremely good. I would highly recommend Amit of Nasa Heating & Air Conditioning Services Ltd to any potential customer.

Over the years we have used several heating and air conditioning companies to install various furnaces and A/C units. Nasa Heating and cooling was by far the most professional and best service we have encountered. We live outside of the Metro Toronto area and AMIT made several trips before and after the install to ensure the equipment was working correctly. The quality of the equipment used and installation was outstanding! Nasa Heating will be our go to for all future installs and repairs!

I have an older home and the water heater and radiant heating system was not working. Amit from NASA came the next day and cleaned and replaced the damaged parts even though the system was an older model with limited parts available. There were no surprises and the costs was as he quoted. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

I needed an upgrade to my existing natural gas tankless water system, as it wasn't cutting it for my family needs. After a few days of careful research, I contacted a couple of companies, and I'm very thankful that Amit (from Nasa Heating & Air) took the time to answer all of my questions, over the phone. He did not hesitate to provide information and was in fact very generous with the details. After our conversation, Amit provided a firm quote and told me of the next steps, should I wished to continue with his service I asked for a few days, as I needed to speak with my wife and perform a little more research on the product/service I was quoted on. After performing due diligence, I quickly called Amit back and moved forward with the project. A few days later, all was said and done, and I'm up and running with a brand new tankless water system and whole home humidifier that was installed with care and detail.
