This company did an amazing job. Everything was done quickly, the price was awesome and the installation was fast and neat. Before choosing this company we contacted a few others and after doing research we choose Panes. We are so grateful and we got such amazing black windows. Excellent reputable company. They not only produced well built windows they had them completed ahead of schedule. The windows were the exact size I ordered which made installation easy. I love the double hung, easy to clean, especially on upper floors of the house. I've recommended this company and will continue to. Dave was professional and very patient.
Very good windows. The staff at panes were very good to deal with and helped with any questions I had. I ordered 25 custom windows and they showed up in a timely manor. Their prices were excellent and the windows were high quality. I had received 4 fixed windows that were supposed to be casements. I call them up and they sent out 4 windows that were proper free of charge and with no hassle. I installed the windows and they all fit perfectly and look amazing. I would recommend Panes windows. They are great to deal with all around.
Fast, Reliable, Friendly, Quality, Informative, can't say enough! Literally, my financial situation depended on one window. I needed to sell my house ASAP but I had the City on my back and they requested to install an egress window in my attic in order to give me a clearance to sell. I contacted more than 20 (no kidding!) sellers and manufacturers and no one could deliver in less than 6-8 weeks (the earliest). When I ran into this company the had the alternative to rush production for a small additional fee. I took it with no doubt. It was supposed to be ready in two weeks and they surprised me with a delivery in TWO DAYS! I couldn't be happier. The window was solid, elegant, perfect! Even my own installers were surprised to received it this fast and even with its own frame. BIG THANK YOU Panes Window Manufacturing. Thanks to your fast deliver, my house is coming in the market in two weeks and I am going to breathe lighter
Panes customer service was simply amazing. Especially Daryl. He took so much time explaining everything and making sure everything went smoothly. Super accommodating. Installation was a breeze.
