It's really not the place you want to purchase jewelery or have it repaired if you'd like good, honest customer service. Barbara is an employee that is beyond rude. I tried to receive curbside pickup although according to Barbara that doesn't exist there. (See pic below) She doesn't treat you like a \guest\ as People's policy claims. As I began recording she kissed her teeth and walked away from me, and refused to serve me as a \guest\. Her associate took care of the rest of my transaction. It's disappointing to see an associate's co-worker having to handle a transaction due to lack of professionalism. If you want to be treated with respect, I wouldn't recommend giving this People's your time or money.

I bought an 800 dollars ring for my wife to give her as a gift and i had ordered it online. The package came damaged. When i called peoples and comllained about it. They said well its not our fault and is the ring damaged? I said i am not an expert but would like to have it inspected. The lady on the other end said why...when its not damaged. I said i dont know that so i would like to have it inspected. She refuseed to and said its the @UPS fault for damaging the box. No one is taking any responsibility. I dont want this product anymore.

Store manager(?) \Nasil\ made my visit extremely unpleasant... so unprofessional with his questions and telling me to not touch the showcases as soon as I walk in - didn't even try to be helpful. The whole time I can feel him watching and not even 5 minutes in he inturrupts to say there were people waiting outside while pointing! Absolutely ridiculous, I already knew what I wanted to buy but just walked the hell out of there.

MUST READ: upon reviewing this location's customer feedback, I'm in disbelief. I know not everyone's experience is the same BUT I can honestly say that in my 8 years that my husband and I have been shopping at the Erin Mills location, we have only experienced 5 star customer service. We have purchased over 10 high quality pieces including our wedding bands and my engagement ring. We recently visited for ring resizing and had the absolute pleasure of being seen by Nazaré. What an amazing visit. Nazaré is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She spent time with us even during these difficult times. For a little while, she made us forgot we were shopping during a pandemic. We didn't feel rushed and she answered all the questions we had about the ring we purchased for resizing. If you visit this location, ask to be seen by Nazaré! You will thank me!
