I have been to many wellness clinics in the past 25 years and The worst experience We had was today at Physiochiro wellness Center in Mississaugga. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. My Appointment was at 5:30 pm and I walked in at 5:10 pm. The receptionist was not eager to greet a new customer and did not smile nor look at us. When I told her my appointment is at 5:30 pm she rudely pointed at a form and said fill this out and when we asked her for information about the direct billing with insurance and the rates she did not respond and rudely said sit down. Moreover I complained to the therapist and said I was going to walk out and never book with this wellness Center ever again but that would be unfair to the therapist??? Hence I stayed back and after the therapy was over the rude unprofessional receptionist kept me for 45 mins since she had no clue how to direct bill. Every other wellness Center takes 2 mins to direct bill on their computers or even on an iPad. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional this is the worst customer service experience we ever had.

I just started going to PCW and have been very pleased with my experience! The staff are really knowledgeable and after two weeks of treatment I am already feeling better. I love that they book your services all at once so it’s convenient. Highly recommend!

I came in for a massage but they signed me up for chirp and homeo weren’t effective. The receptionist taking me in was supposed to take my info but ended up complaining about her health issues to me. The only good thing was Peter Nassif the massage therapist but he left to work for a different group. I was supposed to get a free massage but they forgot to call me to cancel so they gave me an extra thirty minutes. When I came the second time for the free massage, they had forgotten about it and rescheduled (called me) 3 times, when I got there I waited for 45 minutes because the receptionist called me in at the wrong time.

Dr. Morgan Millard is amazing. He took the time to understand my concerns and really did a thorough check up before advising anything. I requested for an adjustment on the first visit and he was able to accomodate that with no problems. Im a 6'2 male with a husky build. I'm what you call a \Hardest Difficulty\ client. I explained to the doc that i need power in the adjustments and he complied. Also, the staff is very friendly. The place feels tranquil. Overall experience was nothing short of delightful. You really feel healthier, cleaner, and better as you leave the place. Definitely recommend.
