Stay away from this fraud ,quick tire location. I got new Michelin tire and did wheel alignment service, for my 2020 volvo truck. But you can see on the picture how they do his job. They installed my right tire with wrong position and now I have trouble with this tire. For them don't needed do his job good, because they wanna only make money 0and never think about customers. I paid them 900, but guy told...it's OK, don't worry about right tire, it's the reason your brake chamber. Fraud, Fraud,Fraud
I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the owner at this place who knows his stuff and is extremely accommodating and patient for someone like myself who does not know much about tires etc. He was very helpful and their products are of the highest quality. This was my first dealing with Quick tire and experience were VERY positive. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for anything tires!
A better communication and a friendlier attitude could have made the job easy. Went in to get winter tires installed on a brand new vehicle. After the mechanic mounted the tires on the rims and then did wheel balancing only to find out the OEM lugs won't work with the aftermarket wheels. When I asked him why didn't he check or ask me for lugs before doing any work he seemed to believe I should have known this and charged me full price anyways. Also didn't help answer on where I could find lugs or if I bring them will he install the wheels or no. I bought the lugs and got wheels installed at a different place next day.
