This is the go to place for all your swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa,etc needs. Staff are very knowledgeable and offer great advice on how to care for your purchase. My wife and I purchased an above ground 15' pool, had it installed and have totally enjoyed the summer with the kids. Mike McBride was especially helpful with the chemicals required and also with the closing process this fall. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received
We contacted Mike in desperation to find a pool as we had purchased a pool from another supplier who wasn't able to provide us with the pool after we had already begun excavation. Mike was beyond helpful, extremely informative and by some luck had a pool for us! His communication has been fabulous, sending us updates almost daily. Long story short we pick up the pool in 2 days and are very happy with the service we recieved. Thank you Mike and team for everything!
Since the moment this hot tub was delivered June 2019, we noticed the cover given to us was too small. We contacted International pool and spa and asked them to replace it. For over a year they have been saying they would deliver another one. To date we are still waiting for the cover to be replaced. On May 1 2020, we called International Pool once again because the electrical controls were not working. A service man was sent out on May 5, 2020. He checked the circuit board in the hot tub and determined that it was defective and needed to be replaced. He left saying he would order the part. We have been waiting since then and my calls have been ignored. When the manager does decide to answer he blames it on COVID-19. I wish they would take the time to keep me updated. I realize these are tough times for all if us. I’m sure they could have found a way to make it right. Customer service is not there.
Had a problem with a pool which was improperly installed in 2016 by a temporary crew. Dealt with Mike and Alex in Mississauga and everything has been straightened out (literally) and pool is now level and round! Had to wait for the end of the season as weather in the spring was too wet. The summer of 2017 sucked bilge water but we were able to make the best of it. Thanks to Sergei and his crew for the great re-installation job. Alex came through for us and we recommend this location (as well as the Pickering location where our previous pool came from). Thanks again for looking out for us! R&L
