First time going to a mall since COVID, because we HAD TO get this beautiful watch for my 30th birthday. Rolex did such a good job making the customers feel safe by providing everything necessary to lower the risk of exposure. Our sales person Tia was so genuine and sweet, she is extremely knowledgeable on the brand, we can tell she is passionate about her role and Rolex! While being educative, she also gave honest opinions on what looked good on me, making me feel that it’s not only about the watch, but also about the person who wears it. This was my first time purchasing one so there was still a lot I didn’t know about especially when I couldn’t even physically see the watches.
