Working with Ashley Shumate was a fantastic experience! Ashley helped us when we came from Montreal looking for a condo to rent but ended up helping us get approved to make a purchase instead! Ashley was quick to answer all of our questions and/or concerns as well as being able to show us all of the different options. Ashley was able to get us our condo one the first offer and was able to make the closing process amazing! Ashley went above and beyond. Due to work related issues, we had to move back to Montreal and Ashley again helped us list our condo to sell it. She spent many hours going over our different options and was able to get it sold within 2 days of being on the market. Ashley was a life saver and was beyond helpful. We definitely would use her and recommend her to everyone!
