Customer service is as good at this location as it is at the bridgeland location. I had two batches of wine to be bottled and they were so quick and organized. They marked my Bottles so that I knew which wine was which. Thank you so much. Great service. I'll definitely return.

This place is fantastic! Their choices of wines exceed the competition and they provide you with labels and cork foils to coordinate with your choice in wine. Bottles can be purchased for the very reasonable price of 1 or you can bring in your own and use their sanitizing machine to make sure it's their clean. The staff are extremely helpful in guiding you throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend, particularly if you're looking for reasonably priced wine for a special event such as a wedding or large party. I make mine just to drink at home and bring to friends houses and have only heard favorable remarks.

Great service and Nice wines. I am not a wine expert. I have tried their Pinot noir, Amarone, Malbec etc and can't really figure out any difference from those I bought from LCBO, except for one thing - These are way cheaper. Like I said before, I am not a wine expert. So as long as I can't figure the difference and can buy this cheaper, this is my go to wine place. I like doing the bottling, corking and labeling. This time, they helped in bottling as there was no in-store bottling due to covid. They gave me the labels and foils that you can apply at home. Overall , a great service and great prices. I would definitely recommend. Oh! Forgot to mention, they have a referral bonus as well.

This place has horrible customer service. Today we were late by 12 minutes and they refused to fulfill our order. Guy at the front argues with us for 10 minutes while he and other employee could have finished the job while they wasted time arguing. They are so stuck with their policy that they don’t apply common sense. We were outside of the store for another 30 minutes and there were no customers after us to bottle that could have affected other customers. This guys knew there is no appointment after us and could have easily finished job, with two guys in store. I spoke to Manager Alex while I was outside the store and he also was singing same tune. No wonder if Manager is so rigid and doesn’t care about good customer service what you can expect from employees. This is my last time visiting this company , no more in future. When I said to Alex on the phone that you keep my money; he said sorry for your loss. No this is not my loss buddy this is your and your company’s loss.
