The Toronto location worked out great form my daughter. Their virtual programs last year is what saved my daughter. Highly recommended.

Summer program was very good. Good system, and my son had a ton of fun. Teachers are very experienced.

First rate! I have no other words. Thank you all for helping my son from grade 3 right up to Waterloo. Big Thank you for helping him graduate despite COVID. We will be in touch.

My advice is to stay as far away from this business as possible. I read the reviews which warned of poor business practices but thought I would call to discuss as the classes being offered really appealed to my kids. I spoke with an administrator several times and even raised the poor reviews to see her response. She reassured me they were not reflective of their business and that I should have no concern as they have been in business for over 10 years. I foolishly believed this and signed my kids up. Communication ceased however once classes were cancelled due to the shutdowns. I am an understanding person and therefore gave time for them to respond to me but it was nothing but silence. They sent out generic emails indicating “credit” for cancelled classes would be given. I requested a refund several times with no response. Finally, after 3 weeks they sent a mass email indicating classes have moved online and students were being moved into this. I let them know this would not work for me and again requested a refund; their response to this was that if I wanted a refunded they would not process till September, over 6 months from my original registration. A few things to note, 1 – during the shut down they were not conducting classes and should have prioritized refunds or at least communication with parents, 2 – the fact that they are processing payments today for their online curriculum makes it clear they can process a refund. Please learn from my mistake…how companies conduct them selves in difficult times truly tells you what type of organization you are dealing with.

My two sons had great fun in the summer doing game design. The instructors are very friendly. One of my sons found the programming bit demanding but the instructor was able to spend extra coaching time to bring him up to speed. Admin was a bit of an issue as it took time for me and my wife to get to speak to a real person. The software and hardware and facilities were generally speaking quite good, especially when compared to their lab at school. Overall our experience was solid and both my sons are returning for the advanced game development.
