Conveniently located on the second level near an exterior exit. Store is rarely busy, and they are knowledgeable about their products and eager to assist when it comes to finding what your looking for. This is also the only location who told me about the Charm Program which I instantly signed up for. The service received here is much better than at other locations.

Bought the infinity set bracelet and necklace in September. (over 800) The clasp on the necklace was not working great it used to stick. I use to always feel my neck for fear that I would lose it and low and behold I did. I emailed customer service to ask if there was any incentive discount I could get to repurchase it and he offered me 10%. I got 15% when I bought it and he wouldn't honor it, not to mention how condescending and unemphatic he was. I will NEVER buy anything from Thomas Sabo again. Worst customer.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. You feel comfortable in the store. I highly recommend this store.

I have received excellent care and service by the staff at Thomas Sabo in Square One. I am very happy with the pair of earrings I had purchased.
