From last to first overall, I had dealt with Time Revolution about 1.5 - 2 years ago and was given no support on a repair and bad information. I had since found out that person is gone. Only lasted a short while. They went over and well above normal for me in service to make things good. Turns out my watch was OK., That same fellow gave me some bad info about the warranty charges. Well Gordy explained how mechanical watches work and they all lose a small bit of time every day as they are mechanical. I did not know that. He took his time and walked me thru everything about my watch. I was very impressed at the service and what they did for me - to make a 2 year old customer happy. Very impressed. Excellent company to follow up an old claim like mine. BRAVO to you guys!!

OH MY GOD! I am so happy with the service they done on my Raymond Weil watch. It is like next level quality of work they did on my watch. My mother gift me this Raymond Weil Automatic watch like 6 years ago and suddenly it stops working I was so SAD because it's one of my favourite watch. I contacted this service centre and Lady on the phone is so informative and helpful and technician did a great job. Now my watch works WAYYY better than before. Thank you guys for doing wonderful job.
The customer service of this repair center who fixes Raymond Weil watches is horrible as the watch does not even last couple of years after they fix it. The Raymond Weil watch after sale service is also pathetic as they never respond to your email therefore, please refrain from buying this watch as they lack quality. The lady at this service center is also bit rude.
Went there to have a watch repaired/serviced. The two ladies sitting at front desk don't come across as being very friendly. Their pricing for various services is also on the high side.
Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, quick email and phone replies. Customer service girls doing great job by providing crystal clear information regarding the repair process and prices. I am in contact with puneet via email, she is in touch with me throughout the repair process for my Gucci watch as my watch needs complete service and a new crystal. Great job done by technicians, fully satisfied..... Time revolution is the best repair centre for watches I’ve ever visited....
Awesome service! They for sure know watches. I got my watch serviced here, it is a rear watch and not everyone would service it. They did an amazing job so impressed. My watch looks brand new.
