I love the barn door and door hardware that I purchased. The door was easy to put together and the hardware was great quality. SOFT CLOSE mechanism is a MUST! I couldn't find any other doors that had this. I installed the door five years ago and there was a slight issue recently with the soft close. Viba provided me with exceptional customer service and provided me a fix. Tough these days to find a company that still cares about their customers after the transaction is done. Would buy from them again for sure.

Viba Barn Doors & Hardware in Mississauga helped us to transform a large garage area into a dedicated man cave and car bay. Working with the owner, Brad Elkins, we were able to put together a very custom set of barn doors. Each door measures 8 feet in length and 7 feet in height, and the by-pass sliding hardware tracks span 16 feet. We had LOTS of questions regarding our measurements, the placement of the track, etc., which Brad was very helpful in answering and double-checking our specs before we placed the order to be made. It was a great process to be able to select custom stain colours, the decorative door pieces and the hardware we liked. The end product looks amazing, slides sooo smoothly on the tracks and the finished quality is excellent! We are definitely pleased with our decision to order barn door from Viba!
Customer service top notch! I had a question about my hardware and they answered the phone and took the time to answer my questions. Delivery was in 2 days! My barn door hardware is solid and well built and great value!
For the most part the hardware and the instructions that came with the order were very good. I appreciated the in-person connection when I made enquiries prior to my order. One glitch I wrestled with was even though I carefully utilized the enclosed spacer for setting the roller hardware atop the door... after installing the soft close actuators on the door I found they were not at the correct height relative to the track. I ended up putting washers as spacers beneath the actuators to get them to the proper height for them to function properly with the soft close mechanisms. The tolerances for proper function seem to be very tight. But it all works now Thankyou for a lovely product
So we ordered one of the Viba Kits to hang a custom made door and wow not only does it look good but the soft close features really work smooth! Had to reach out to Bradley to ensure our hardware was correct and the reply was immediate and he fixed us up instantly! Excellent excelled service! Don't overlook this place for door hardware! We're so lucky to have this place and even living in rural Northern Ontario is even not a problem for having quality these days!
The owner was very helpful and sent two options for the bottom guide, just in case. The soft close is a very good feature and sets this barn door system ahead of many others. It looks great and we are very happy.
Very easy to deal with from start to finish. 5 years later had issues with one of the closers, and they took care of it no problem. Very rarely can you say this about businesses today but they back up there products and take care of there customers. Very happy with the door and most of all the customer service.
