Located right next to the Dairy Queen on the lower level, Watchworks is a watch service & repair shop that also sells quality timepieces. The owners are very cordial, helpful, and will change your watch batteries, fix your bands, & ultimately service whatever you bring in at a fair, reasonable price. Depending on how busy they are, you can usually wait in the store while they repair your watch in a few minutes, otherwise you're free to roam the mall for a bit and come back. I started going to them years ago when they were the only ones who were able to open/fix a particular watch of mine and have never been disappointed with their service.
