We have been using Ron as our technician on our Vutek Printer for about 1.5 years. Not only is he a nice guy but he knows what he is doing and most of all gives you an honest assessment of what needs to be done without trying to sell you on expensive parts and services which you don't really need! Would recommend him any day of the week!!!
