All my training sessions through Your House Fitness have been a blast. I was paired up with a great trainer that knows exactly how to motivate me. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and is always there to answer any nutrition/training questions I have. She inspired me to change my mentality about fitness which has helped me develop healthy habits. Shout out to Gina, the best personal trainer a girl could ask for.

I had the privilege of having Gina as a personal trainer. She is a great trainer! She is very thorough in showing the correct techniques with the work outs she had us doing. Every work out session was different, so it made every work out new and exciting. She is a great person! Very accomodating when we had to reschedule (did a group session with two friends so sometimes it was hard with conflicting schedules) and she was available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. She kept us motivated and pushed us, which is exactly what I needed in a personal trainer! We had so much fun with her, we don’t just see her as a personal trainer we see her as a friend as well!
My experience with Your House Fitness has been nothing short of great! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I was matched with a great trainer. Right from the beginning, she really got to know us and helped us improve our workouts. Having a personal trainer has made the big difference to my strength training and results and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had working out!
Your House Fitness has changed my perspective on what it is to train. My in home personal trainer is the best! (I’ve have worked with a few in the past and they don’t come close to the current one). I achieved my goals in 6 months by following what she told me (fitness & nutrition). I see my trainer two times a week in the comfort of my home in Mississauga. She writes me my personalized exercise program for me to follow the days I don’t see her. In addition, YHF provides me with a meal plan and nutrition tips. I STRONGLY recommend them.
Great experience with my training! Gina has been great with changing up my workouts each session to match my needs and has been very flexible with bookings. Workouts have all been excellent.
