Oil change
I went just before I needed to go on a road trip to Kalispell. The guys were super professional and helpful and got me in and out in a \Jiffy\ so I suppose that's where the name comes in! I definitely will be stopping by this location for future work. They were also kind enough to check on a few things, like my lights and coolant. They were really helpful and the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! Seriously, give them a shot, it's a small location but they seem big on getting things right. And the waiting area is cute and clean, though I'll say the candy machine on the Skittles side ate my quarters.

I've always had them do a good job with an oil or transmission fluid change. Also decent job flushing the differentials. In Missoula the 10% military discount is also available to those who have served.
They broke my car. I took it in to discuss the problem after my oil change. And the manager told me it was my problem. He then walked away and closed a door in my face. It cost me 500 to fix what they had broke. I couldn’t get help at the store. I have written several emails and even spoke with corporate. Nobody is willing to even listen. My mechanic had even verified that this did happen when they changed my oil. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
I received prompt, knowledgeable, friendly service within minutes. These guys worked on my car quickly and thoroughly, and i was on my way again in no time. I'll be going back!
I've been using Jiffy Lube for a long time, since high school, and while I've had good experiences with them in the past, this last time felt incredibly rushed. For a 100 oil change, I don't expect them to miss things, like vacuuming the floor as indicated, throwing my reminder sticker in the window, and oil droplets across the top of engine. Peace of mind is incredibly important and I know that every place is different, but I think I'll be looking for a new place to do my oil.
