Oil change
I went in this morning and the gentleman doing the oil change was great. They didn't communicate to me that I could get out of the car and have my vehicle vacuumed. They didn't wash it cause it was 28 degrees outside. The BIGGEST reason I go to them every time is for them to vacuum and wash my car. I will be finding a new place to bring our cars for oil changes.

90 for an oil change. Ripped glovebox apart to show me CAF and put it back in upside-down when I told them I didn't want it replaced. I don't know if that was punishment or incompetence. (I checked and they mark up the filter 100%). They left my wife with a glovebox that didn't close right, and the flap-hinge on compartment door was torn.
We had an amazing experience with Express Lube the location across from the mall they cleaned out the car wash the windows change the oil and couldn't have made us happier thank you so much Express Lube
I’ve been to the location twice now. Once to change the oil in a work rig, they were prompt and got it done quite quickly, allowing me to get back on the road and continuing towing material. The second time was today, I was cruising by on my cycle and my sprocket was coming loose. They allowed me to use their hex key set without hesitation. Talk about life savers. All around excellent service. Thank you for being so awesome!
