I had a wonderful experience at Nelson Dentistry. My dental hygienist Anna was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of questions in depth while giving me tangible take home advice to work on. I feel confident they are providing me the best care.

I had my doubts about staying with Dr. Nelson after getting a filling done. After this past weekend, my family and I will not be going back. I left a message on his emergency phone number saying that I thought I had an abscessed tooth and jaw pain. His first message said that they were closed over the holidays, but that you could call the emergency phone number and he would return your call within 24 hours. Well he did not. He had his receptionist call on Monday morning, almost 48 hours later. Luckily, I found another emergency dentist who was able to see me and help me. If he wasn't available to return an emergency phone call he could have at least had someone else on call for him. What is the point of having an emergency phone number when you ignore it? I'm so glad that I looked for a dentist Sunday morning after not hearing back or I would have been suffering far too long.

I’ve been a patient of Nelson Dentistry for about four years now, and every visit is better than the last. The administrative staff is friendly and punctual, the hygienists and assistants are gentle and kind, and Dr. Nelson is incredibly thorough and patient. My first appointment with Nelson Dentistry came after several years without dental care, and there was no feeling of shame or discomfort. Dr. Nelson even went the extra mile to fix a small imperfection that made me VERY self-conscious at a reasonable price. I’ve referred several friends and family members, and all of them have had similarly positive experiences.

Nelson dentistry rocks my sock off! I’ve always been uncomfortable going to the dentist because it’s always seemed like such a tedious, overwhelming, and stressful process. Yet Nelson dentistry is none of the above, they are so friendly, welcoming, and overall provide such a refreshing experience compared to ones I’ve had in the past. They are very caring, and knowledgeable which is something you would expect. Yet, In the past I found out I have a dead tooth and when I found out the dentist I was going to provided nearly no information as to what the future may hold. Nelson dentistry not only offered me information, but plenty of solutions and definitely set my mind at ease! They provide such a wonderful experience and I can gladly say I look forward to future appointments with them because they are the absolute best in more ways than one!! Lastly just a shout out and huge thank you!! to Sammy, and dr. Nelson for breaking the stigma that dentists are terrifying because this is the first time in a long time I’ve ever felt so relaxed, and comfortable at a dentist appointment! Thank you! Thank you!
