Delivery guy came to my door and picked up o2 machine and tanks with his mask around his neck, during a pandemic of a respiratory disease. Pretty bad optics, but I guess it’s job security. Just a heads up if anyone is at risk, or trying to follow protocols. Edit: I do feel like I should add that I am in no way disappointed in the product or any of the prior customer service interactions, which have been lovely. Norco Missoula reached out to us today and left a message. While I appreciate the effort, I’m not really looking for anything to be rectified, I’m not unhappy, I just want people to be better. Regardless of the drivers personal beliefs(or maybe it was just an honest mistake), he needs to understand that some people are going to great lengths to protect themselves, and his actions, intentional or not, were incredibly disrespectful, potentially dangerous and reflect poorly on the company.

The staff at Norco has been great to work with. Had a couple issues which they have fully resolved, and continue to give great service.
I am in town due to a family emergency (my brother had a stroke) and I was tasked with getting equipment to facilitate his recovery as well as make life at home easier for him. After doing a bit of research I was referred to Norco. I spoke with Stephanie when I called, explained my situation and what I needed, and she took the time to make sure that they had the items in stock and set them aside for me to pick up that same day. When I arrived someone immediately greeted me (Stephanie), and as soon as I said 'I called a little while ago...' she said with a big smile on her face 'That was me!'...I couldn't have been more impressed and happy with her initial greeting and help while I was there. In the event that I need ANYTHING else after I relocate to Missoula, they will definitely be my first choice. I would never get this type of help in St. Louis. Highly recommended.
The two Blonds up front were so friendly and helpful!
Sam was very pleasant today as he introduced me to my new sleeping buddy, a cpap. He had several helpful hints in getting used to the machine as I start off with it too. I did as he suggested and tried it out for a short bit this afternoon before heading to work. The thing actually relaxed me and I easily could have gone to sleep if I didn't need to head to work. I was also surprised at how silent it is, so it shouldn't bother my husband at all. Thanks Sam for making this new change in life a little easier.
