I cannot stress how this place is a life saver. They saved my phone. I was told that my phone could not be fixed because it was purchased in another country. The guys here fixed my phone with no problem. They even offer a warranty after fixing your phone. The manager speaks English and is great at this job

Highly recommend to visit this store for your broken tablette or phone! Very nice, respectful and friendly personnel! Customer service is on top level Despite my bad experience in another \Mr Phony\ (located on 2 rue Malhause) these professionals- Shaï and Abu from 75 rue de Turenne finally fixed my tablet and even gifted an accessory in excuse for their collegues. I appreciate it a lot!!! Thank you guys, keep going! As for my bad experience in 2rue Malhause, I already expressed all of my indignation and especially service disappointment in the email to the company.So, if you want to save you time, money, nerves and good mood I would not recommend you to address 2 rue Malhause Hopefully, there is another one with Qualified professionals and Top Customer Service75 RUE DE TURENNE!Go for it.
